Our commitments

Clear from the start.

Made-to-order should still feel easy to understand. These are the practical details behind production, delivery, and the information you share with us.

Shipping & returns

Orders usually enter production within one business day and ship in 5–7 business days. Tracking is emailed when your order leaves the studio. Because each piece is made for you, general returns are not accepted. If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo so we can replace it.

Privacy

We use the information you provide only to fulfill orders, answer requests, and improve the storefront. Payment details are handled by Stripe and are never stored on this site. We do not sell personal information. You may ask us to correct or delete the information connected to your request.

Terms

Colors may vary slightly by screen and print run. Custom concepts remain subject to approval before production, and customers must have permission to use any names, photos, or artwork they submit. Placing an order confirms acceptance of the listed price, production window, and made-to-order return policy.
